Just like its big brother, the Freak Jr. takes the guess work out of owning the proper sized barrel. But unlike the Freak, the Freak Jr. is less flashy, less complicated, and less money. We know you have a life other than paintball (barely) and that you don’t always have your whole paycheck to dump on a barrel. We know you have other expenses: car payment, girlfriend, speeding tickets, etc. The Freak Jr. has your wallet and lifestyle in mind. Don’t be fooled by its looks, however, its still a Freak.
The Freak Jr. retains the core performance of the Freak, bore interchangeability. Bore sizing is the most critical of all performance aspects. Without proper paint to barrel matching, you get paint breakage, erratic velocity, and worst of all, your friends laughing at you because your barrel sucks. The Freak Jr. is the cure for the bore sizing problem. Using removable Freak bore inserts, you can always have the right barrel size. And for less than a hundred bucks to boot. Available only in black, and only in 14”, the Freak Jr. is perfect for those of you who want pure performance, and money to spare.
Get the Freak Jr. for the Tippmann Model 98 & 98 Custom, Autococker, and Spyder threaded markers (Spyder, Rebel, Piranha). The standard barrel comes 14” black with a special Freak Jr. front, .693 insert (.689 for Autococker), and Freak Jr. Back. Model 98 owners pay a little more but get the Spyder to Model 98 thread adaptor with the barrel. For those of you who want a little more but still don’t want or can’t afford the full Freak barrel, there is the Freak Jr. mini-kit. The mini-kit includes The Freak Jr. front, Freak Jr. back, .689, .691 and .693 inserts and the Freak protective carry case. The case even leaves room for when you want to upgrade with more inserts or another front. Remember, Freak Jr. parts are interchangeable with all Freak parts. Start basic, then work your way up to the big leagues.
