IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All returns must contain a valid RMA number. If you require an RMA number, please submit a support ticket to request one. All packages sent to us without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. RMA requests must be completed via our online ticket system only! RMA numbers will NOT be issued via telephone. Please include as much information as possible with your RMA request, to help speed up the process. Please include: Your full name, telephone number, email address, Order number, the item(s) you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return. All RMA requests must be made within 30 days from the date you received your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item(s) you wish to return qualify for return based on our return policy information below. Any item(s) that do not qualify for return based on our return policy may be refused and returned to you with postage due on delivery.

1) Returns for Refund:
a) Most items may be returned for refund within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Certain products may NOT be returned for any reason, including paintballs, custom jerseys, video games, swimwear, undergarments, batteries, and any washed or worn apparel item(s), or any item that is on special or is marked as a clearance item.
b) Conditions for returns: All items returned must be in an unopened and unused state. Merchandise must be returned complete with all the original manufacturer's packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, miscellaneous parts and accessories. Incomplete returns will be subject to additional charges at our discretion. All returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used extensively and shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 40-80% restocking fee.
c) Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.
d) Open or used products may not be returned to CanadaPaintball.com. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, wash, use, oil, air up, open, remove, damage, or otherwise manipulate.
e) All returns that do not contain an RMA number will be returned to sender.
2) Return for Exchange:
a) Most items may be returned for exchange within 30 days from the date your order was shipped. b) Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of any item to us, as well as the cost to ship the exchanged item back out to you. The shipping costs associated with sending the exchanged item back to you, will be charged directly to your credit card, or will be due on delivery.
c) Do not use the item's packaging as the shipping box; any item returned with damaged packaging or markings on the item's box will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.

3) Wrong item(s) were sent - Exchange Policy
a) In the event that you have received incorrect item(s) from your order, you will need to request an RMA number, and return the incorrect item(s) to us. You may send the item(s) to us, with postage due on delivery. Please use Canada Post for all returns. As soon as your incorrect item(s) are returned to us we will send the correct item(s) to you, and we will pay for the return shipping, or we will issue you a full refund if the correct item(s) are not in stock.
