Our best method to receive support is to use our online ticket support system. Our ticket system allows our staff to better handle your support issues on a priority basis. We strive to respond to your questions as quickly as possible. Support tickets are normally handled within 4 hours from the time it is submitted, but may take up to 48 hours if we are very busy.
