Solution We have recently noticed that in some cases emails from our company are being sent to our customers email spam folders. We have found that customers who use hotmail for their webmail are experiencing this problem. We are currently looking into solutions to this problem. If for any reason you do not receive a reply from us that you were expecting, please check your email spam folder to see if our replies are there. If a reply is not there, please feel free to re-submit your question via our online ticket support system, and one of our support staff will reply to you shortly.
