UPDATED: August 19th 2010 - Account login problems
Dear customers,
After a recent system upgrade that was performed on August 15th, some customers were having problems logging into their accounts. This issue has now been resolved and all customer accounts that were created before August 15th should be able to login to their accounts without problems. Accounts that were created after August 15th 2010 will need to have their passwords reset.
